Buying property, anyone?

I seldom watch tv in the morning but my hubby did. But actually they -rtm,tv3,ntv7-hv an informative programe arnd these time.

And this mng tv2 interviewed this guy Marco rgdg property investment. How interesting! He is going to hold a seminar this Saturday in Kl. Aiyyaaa...cannot attend lorr...byk prgrm le pulok mgu ni. Rugi2x. Tak sure pulak free ke RM99 but really cheap compared to seminar run by my idol tu si Azizi.

He will be talking abt how to invest in property without capital. Really? Frankly i'm a bit sceptical abt it. I've heard abt it before but actually "w/out capital" means borrow/withdraw frm the other a/c i.e EPF or u get frm someone/somewhere else then u refund after u sell the property or rent it. Donno whtr he know or not, buying/selling property kt Msia ni require at least 6 mths to settle unlike in US blh bt online jer, dlm masa sehari blh bt dua2 tranx tu. Ada sekali tu aku nak bt title search kat Pej Tanah S/Alam utk propty di Ampang kerani tu suruh dtg balik esk/mgu dpn. Bengang btl aku nak kna mengulang. Alasannya ramai org. Ayyooo..nak angkat punggung susah ka? But her officer kata -in phone call after that- blh dpt time tu jugak. Camana nak cepat ek? Lu pikir lah sendiri ...

Kat Pej Tanah lain blh terus dpt (lps bayor fee le) w/pun kna q. Off yg kat KL lg best, staffnya sungguh sopan melayan customer, spai 2 org tanya "Puan jumpa tak?" (since kita kna cari sendiri dlm buku besar tu). Kalau dr dulu aku memblog aku kasi up nama dia org kat sini atas sebab kesopanan & kesusilaan tu.

* Akhirnya aku tak jd bl propty tu bcoz of the surrounding area and rental income yg kureng menarik. Ada rahmat disebalik problem2 tu.
